Why We Started Speed Offer
After years of working in Sacramento real estate, we kept seeing the same problem: homeowners stuck with a property they couldn't sell through traditional channels. Maybe the house needed too many repairs to qualify for financing. Maybe they were going through a divorce and needed to close fast. Maybe they inherited a house three hours away and didn't have the time or money to fix it up.
