Speed Offer isn't a faceless corporation or an algorithm. We're two Sacramento real estate professionals who buy houses directly from homeowners.

Why We Started Speed Offer

After years of working in Sacramento real estate, we kept seeing the same problem: homeowners stuck with a property they couldn't sell through traditional channels. Maybe the house needed too many repairs to qualify for financing. Maybe they were going through a divorce and needed to close fast.
