Why We Started Speed Offer
After years of working in Sacramento real estate, we kept seeing the same problem: homeowners stuck with a property they couldn't sell through traditional channels. Using MLS data, public records, and investor platforms, he builds a conservative "defense" analysis on each deal — looking at worst-case ARV, repair costs, holding costs, and market trends. He runs multiple scenarios to make sure the deal works even if things don't go perfectly. That's what protects both Speed Offer and the seller — offers based on reality, not hope.
